Sirfus is a matching service. We connect people looking for a service or product ("you") with local businesses and providers. We do not provide the services ourselves, we do not employ, endorse, guarantee, or supervise any provider, and we do not guarantee any provider's licensing, insurance, quality, pricing, availability, or results. Any work you arrange is a contract between you and the provider — not with Sirfus.
You agree to provide accurate information, and — because we are a neutral matcher — to independently verify any provider's licensing, insurance, references, and suitability before hiring them. You use the service and hire providers at your own risk.
By submitting a request, you agree that Sirfus and matched providers may contact you by phone, text message (SMS), and email about your request, including via automated means where permitted. Message/data rates may apply. You can opt out any time by replying STOP to texts, unsubscribing from emails, or contacting us at hello@sirfus.com. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
We don't guarantee that you'll be matched, that a provider will respond, or any outcome, timeline, or price.
The service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AILS is not liable for any provider's conduct, work, omissions, or any dispute, injury, loss, or damage arising between you and a provider. AILS's total liability to you for any claim is limited to $100. AILS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Don't submit false requests, spam, scrape, misuse others' data, or use the service unlawfully.
Sirfus, its content, and marks are owned by AILS. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.
We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE OF FORMATION]. Disputes: [arbitration / courts in [county, state]].
